- Lay the rings along the body's midline from crown to root — one ring for each energy centre, with the final ring resting beneath the feet to close the column.
- Rest inside the column for fifteen to twenty minutes. Tradition holds that the field settles around you like still water.
- Gather the rings in the same order you laid them, crown first, with a quiet word of thanks.
